who we are

Our mission is to promote the complete vision of the bicycle, as means of transportation, an artistic expression, work, leisure, sports and as well as a tool to change the way of life and the relations in urban centers and rural communities.

Aro does not only speak with the “schooled” cyclists and Bike lovers. We talk to sympathizers, the fearfulls and the opposers.

We’re no experts in the technical aspects of bicycles and cycling, but rather an admirer and promoter of the benefits and possibilities that people can have related to two (or three) wheels.

Cycling is a mean to work on other issues, not an end in itself. The bicycle is a tool to create approximation and admiration that is necessary to discuss the autonomy of the individual, the development of the community and the expression of a culture.
